Omni Paranormal Society Membership Application Form

The Omni Paranormal Society is always interested in obtaining new members. If you are interested in joining the Omni Paranormal Society, please read our requirements listed below, then fill-out and submit our "Membership Application Form".

Please note the following mandatory requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
  
• Must be alcohol/drug free when investigating for Omni.
  
• Must not smoke during investigations with Omni.
  
• Must be willing to travel long distances.
  
• Must have a clean criminal background.
  
• Must conduct yourself in a professional manner and maintain a decent appearance while investigating.
• Must show the proper respect for the areas we investigate.
  
• Must have good knowledge of Paranormal Phenomena and Investigation procedures.
  
• Must be willing to follow Omni protocol and guidelines for investigations.
  
• Must have a valid and in good standing driver's license.
  
• Must be willing to participate in ongoing training through Omni.
  
• Must be able to dedicate some of your time to go on investigations, meetings, research, etc. from your already busy lifestyles.
  
• Must keep in contact with team to avoid gaps in communication
