All investigations are performed free of charge. We do request authorization from our clients to share our data captures with the public via our web page. All requests for anonymity are honored if desired.
I think my house is haunted but things only happen every once in a while.
Paranormal activity is often sporadic. The majority of our clients actually tend to forget their dwelling may be haunted for weeks, months and even years in between activity.
Does it mean my house may be haunted if I see shadows moving from time to time?
Shadow figures are a common occurrnce observed in residential and public venue hauntings.
Can a departed loved one possibly be trying to communicate with me?
Absolutely, some remain close at hand for numerous reasons. Through investigation, we can attempt to find those answers by utilizing various means of spirit communication.
I know my house/business is haunted, why should I consider having a team investigate?
It is often we find people are well aware their house/business is haunted and do not desire an investigation for reasons such as:
-
I live with the spirits peacefully, why bother?
-
My religion frowns on such things
-
By ignoring them, they’ll eventually go away
-
I just don’t have time for it…
Though these are all plausible reasons, please consider one simple reminder:
Spirit may be attempting to communicate, you can assist them in their efforts.
Additionally, most cases do not involve malevolent entities but instead souls who have simply lost their way or carry unresolved issues. Though their attempts at communication may initially appear frightful, they are only perceived so due to unfamiliarity. Through investigation we can possibly determine what approach best fits each case to benefit not only the client but spirit as well and attempt to offer resolve for both needs.
How long does an investigation take?
Traditional private residence investigations generally launch at 8:00 PM and are completed between 2-3:00 AM but may be amended to meet client preference and schedule. Public venue investigations are customized to meet business hour needs.
Do demons exist?
Though some religions do claim the existence of such beings, we have not collected plausible data indicating the certainty of their existence. In fact, the label demon has often been applied to many spirits which present themselves in a malevolent nature.
Can ghosts hurt people?
Though rare, it has been reported in a few well-renown cases.
Does the team utilize psychics?
Although Omni does have two team members which are sensitive, we are currently in the process of interviewing various psychics to assist both team and client.
Does the team utilize priests, shamans, etc?
In cases where clients feel a home blessing or banishment is needed, we will assist in locating appropriate religious representatives to meet the needs of our clients. Our team does posses a non-denominational ordained member who may perform blessings if so desired.
Why do most people request an investigation?
Often we find clients simply want to know if their dwelling is occupied by anyone other than themselves. Though many suspect they are not alone, confirmation is often desired to assist them in successful and confident co-habitation. Some believe loved ones are at their side guiding or protecting them while others suspect unseen strangers living amongst them.
Why does your team want to work with the dead?
Our skeptics are searching for proof of the afterlife while our believers are asking questions from those on the other side.
What makes Omni so different from any other paranormal investigative team?
-
Some members are believers in the paranormal while others are skeptics. Through this strength, we consistently balance the other through careful review and case analysis.
-
By studying various paranormal genres, we are able to see the bigger picture many ghost hunters fail to consider. For example, a client may perceive his house is haunted without considering the possibility that a household occupant is generating psychokinetic activity, which presents itself, similar to poltergeist activity.
-
Though we welcome honorable mention, we do not strive to gain wealth/fame through the exploitation of the departed. We sincerely strive to find answers for those experiencing paranormal turmoil and find resolve for those that have not found peace after death.
How do I know which paranormal investigative team to utilize?
Deciding which team to allow entry into your dwelling is a serious decision. We would highly recommend the following:
- Research, research, research! Read everything the team has published publicly. A good place to start is by performing a basic Internet search. Ask yourself “Is the team reporting only other people’s findings or are they conducting the research themselves?” Consider their focus areas “Are they striving to conduct research, gain publicity, profit, etc?”
- Check references! Many teams claim they have years of experience and do not have data or references to show for it. Some may even add up their individual years of experience and claim that as their experience level. Legitimate teams will gladly honor all requests for references, even Omni.
- Determine how big the team actually is. Some of our members have been on teams with as many as 40 people. Please make sure the team size is suitable to meet the needs of your dwelling and case.
- Interview the team first. Often we find that while conducting an in-take interview our clients are interviewing us as well. This is completely encouraged! Please carefully assess the team you wish to bring into your home if given the opportunity before agreeing to an investigation.
