Hello,I am Sharon Coyle, the new owner of Rolling Hills Asylum in Western NY and I am excited to let you know we are now open for paranormal tours & investigations! We are about 40 minutes east of Buffalo and 35 minutes south of Rochester.
Rolling Hills Asylum - formerly The Genesee County Poor Farm, opened January 1, 1827. Over the years it has operated as a poor farm, infirmary, nursing home, carriage museum and is now a well known and well documented paranormal hot spot. Former residents included widows, orphans, unwed mothers, tuberculosis patients, drunkards, lunatics, civil war veterans, criminals, the handicapped, and any other displaced person. Paranormal activity is abundant and includes disembodied voices, shadow people, doors slamming, sounds of footsteps and furniture moving, a screaming lady, children laughing, full body apparitions, touching, hair tugs, and more!
For available dates, pricing, and more information go to our website at: www.RollingHillsAsylum.com
